These terms govern your use of the GTMLane website, operated by Assembly Labs LLC (“GTMLane,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

GTMLane provides GTM workflow handoff cleanup — a focused engagement that audits and fixes the handoffs between the tools your team already uses. This website is informational. It is not a software product, and it does not create an account, process payments, or store your data on your behalf.

GTMLane is not a lead-generation agency, does not provide outsourced sales, and does not guarantee meetings or pipeline.

Any audit, sprint, or support engagement is a separate agreement between you and GTMLane, with its own scope, timeline, and fees. Pricing shown on this site is directional and may change; the figures that apply to you are the ones set out in your engagement agreement.

We bring experience and a clear method, but outcomes depend on your tools, data, and team. We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or pipeline. Recommendations are provided in good faith for you to evaluate and implement at your discretion.

The content, design, and code of this site are owned by GTMLane and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without permission. Ownership of any deliverables produced during an engagement is governed by that engagement’s agreement.

Don’t use the site to break the law, infringe others’ rights, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or scrape it in a way that burdens our infrastructure.

The site links to third-party tools, such as our scheduling provider. We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GTMLane will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
