GTMLane is a service of Assembly Labs LLC (“GTMLane,” “we,” “us”). We provide GTM workflow handoff cleanup services. When you book a fit check or workflow audit, you share details such as your name, email, company, the tools in your stack, and a description of your workflow. Booking is handled by our scheduling provider, and the information you enter there is governed by both this policy and the provider’s own terms.

If you email us, we keep the contents of that correspondence so we can respond and maintain our records.

Like most websites, our host records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) to keep the site secure and reliable. If we enable privacy-friendly analytics, it measures aggregate, non-identifying usage — which pages are viewed and which links are clicked — to help us improve the site. We do not use advertising trackers.

We use the information to schedule and prepare for calls, respond to enquiries, deliver and improve our services, keep the site secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate — for example, our scheduling tool, our hosting and analytics providers, and email — and only as needed for them to perform that function. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. We never sell or rent your data.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@gtmlane.com and we’ll respond within the timeframe the law requires.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Our providers may process data in countries other than yours; where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

This site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the date above and, for material changes, take additional steps where required.
